HenryMae is a commercial law firm focused on working with clients to build and develop their internal legal infrastructure.

We work with clients that are looking for the benefit of an in-house legal team but without the fulltime costs. We also regularly work with existing in-house teams that are looking to access experienced in-house lawyers for specific projects and transactions, during periods of peak demand, or when senior personnel are absent.

 

We help our clients to minimise risk, and maximise value by:

• agreeing a capped fee for our services so that our clients have certainty of their legal spend; and

• only engaging senior lawyers on transactions so that our clients can benefit from decades of transaction experience.
